Found: May 2015
This sweet cat has been hanging around our house by the Arlington Mill Reservoir in Salem for a few days. I have a feeling he’s been missing for a long time, because he is very skinny, and his medium-length fur is quite matted. He has a white stripe on his nose, also some white on the paws. He is vocal and affectionate, fine with being touched and picked up. He is clearly used to people. We will be bringing him to the Salem Animal Rescue League on May 28.

Nano
Missing Since: 5/24/15
Reunited: 5/27/15Our missing Nano was found up a tall tree by a neighbor, who heard him crying. When the police and fire depts. were unable to help us, this same neighbor, our hero, got a very high ladder, climbed up, and cut the branch where Nano was. Slowly the branch came down, and we caught our cat!

Wimbley
Missing Since: 5/21/15
Reunited: 7/31/15Wimbley’s person, Cate, says: I am thrilled to be able to share our fantastic news. After over two months of trying to trap or find Wimbley, he was in our Hav-A-Hart trap very early Friday morning. He’d lost 6 and a half pounds. It was so nice to have tears of joy at the vet’s rather than tears of sadness. For anyone still missing their feline family member, please don’t give up.

Moose
Missing Since: 5/16/15
Reunited: 6/3/15Moose came home last night after 2.5 weeks! And fat. I had assumed he was roughing it chasing mice on the conservation land that abuts our property, but there is no way he got that fat feeding himself by hunting. He is happy and safe!

Found: 5/21/15
This cat showed up at Sixth Street in Dover across from Liberty Mutual. May be a companion cat to the black one found (below) or may just have followed that one to the cat food. This one has a black face and back, white boots, and white on the belly and chest. The cat has one crinkled ear. Does anyone recognize this cat?

Sighted: 5/10/15
I’m hoping this will help someone. I saw a mostly white kitty outside near Birch Street and East Broadway in Derry. Appears to have been lost or stray for some time, as is skinny and dirty and shy of people. The cat has dark ears, a dark spot on it’s back or side, and a dark tail, probably brown. The rest is all white. I have contacted Feline Friends to see if they can trap the kitty and scan for a micro-chip, or at least provide a safe place for the cat.
