This dark tabby cat had been hanging around near Market Basket in Plaistow. This is a medium-sized cat, mainly brownish in color, but has black and gray markings as well. There does not appear to be any white on the cat. The tail seems to have a defined, black striped pattern. The kitty is skinny, and very hungry. He was brought to Feline Friends in Salem, NH, and named Eddie. Eddie was adopted on Mother’s Day.

The person who found this cat cared for him, brought him to the vet and had him scanned for a chip (none) and got him “vetted”. She went to great lengths to find the cat’s person, unsuccessfully, before finding this cat a new home. Originally found at Briar Ridge Estates on 8/6/15, on South Blueberry Lane in Rochester.

Young, solid black male cat found in the Elbow Pond area of Andover. He had been seen wandering in the area for several days and was quite thin when he first came inside. We kept him for nine months, and nobody claimed him, so we found him a wonderful permanent home.
